The signup page now asks 'Registering a human or an agent?' — humans continue in the captcha form, agents land on the new /agents/ machine-access guide (identity rules, scoped tokens, sponsor flow, MCP/API/CI/registry surfaces, registrar roadmap). Organizations are open to signups again (owner decision; org-repo limit bypass documented as watched trade-off). FAQ and roadmap phase status made honest; AGENT_PLATFORM gains the agent-registrar design sketch.

- signup gains a human/agent selector (9-line stock-template override of
  the thin signup wrapper): humans continue in the form, agents route to
  the new machine-access guide at /agents/
- /agents/: the contract between the laboratory and its machines —
  identity rules, scoped tokens, sponsor flow with copy-paste auth
  examples, working surfaces (MCP gateway, API, CI, registry), and the
  self-service registrar roadmap
- organizations may be created by signups again (owner decision); the
  MAX_CREATION_LIMIT bypass via orgs is documented as a watched trade-off
- landing FAQ + roadmap phase status made honest (phase 2 mostly done);
  AGENT_PLATFORM gains the agent-registrar design sketch
- RUNBOOK template-override inventory now lists both overrides
