The display name oss-oo.io (#2) did not reach the places where the plugin id shows. The skill was listed as oss-oo-lab:oss-oo-lab, and the old name was also in the tool and server names, the wake event's text, toasts and logs, the pane title, the README and the social preview. Ids cannot hold a dot, so with the owner's choice of the skill name:

README: upgrade from 0.1.x; the last labels say oss-oo.io ... 9e8e905cc4

Review of #4: an install of 0.1.x (oss-oo-lab@oss-oo) stays behind as
'failed to load' unless it is uninstalled; options and permission rules
do not carry over to the new id. The README now has the three commands
(simulated by the reviewer in a throwaway config) and what to redo by
hand. The desktop notification title and the status line prefix say
oss-oo.io now.
