The old .github/workflows (Publish GitHub, Publish Official, Verify) are GitHub-era leftovers. Forgejo Actions picks up .github/workflows too, so Verify was running redundantly on every push and the two publish dispatchers stayed manually triggerable. Live publishing is .forgejo/workflows/deploy.yml (auto on push) + .forgejo/verify.yml only. .github/FUNDING.yml untouched.
