The prismatic world css swaps the footer laboratory wordmark via content:url — but the rewrite kept the assets/ prefix, and url() inside a css file resolves relative to the css location, so the bright wordmark 404ed (footer logo missing in the bright theme). Now rewrites to the bare hashed filename.
