Owner UX redesign round T (backlog after the brain-role round):

  1. Row click opens the INTERFACE modal — clicking anywhere on a session row (where no explicit control/link sits) opens the response interface (modal + steer console, show-response behavior) instead of the full transcript.
  2. The old show button became a secondary "Transcript" button — plain mini styling beside Hide/Archive, opens the full-transcript drawer, 📄 icon fallback on tight rows; the mint primary row button is gone (the row click is the primary action).
  3. Ideal width correction 921 → 1195 px (owner live-measured with the dashboard's own indicator): popup size, live indicator hint, README wording — and all six curated README screenshots re-shot at 1195 px with the existing rig and curation rules (every shot a different story, hero = clean dashboard).
  4. Tooltip cleanup — the ideal-window button's tooltip dropped the browsersize.com clause (the button explains itself); the honest-scope story stays in the README.
  5. Scroll keeping in the chat when a steer answer arrives — the response tail expanding under the prompt, its auto-minimize, the prompt expand and the target line filling in all resize the chat body; a chat that WAS at its end now STAYS at its end across every one of those layout changes (synchronous scrollTop re-pinning, compensating scroll anchoring), a chat scrolled up keeps its position.

Rig evidence (39/39 checks): row click → interface modal; Transcript button → drawer; copy/pin/favorite/hide/archive clicks only trigger themselves; tooltip free of browsersize.com; indicator + popup at 1195; steer send → tail expands with unread badge → chat end visible WITHOUT manual scrolling → auto-minimize → back at the end; plus round-S regression keeps (view toggle both ways, dock expand restores the interface, slug-strip titles, solo-pin glow, pending-strip states, question-badge single-line cluster).

Local gates: py_compile + boot check, 31/31 unit tests, social-preview check, pinned Super-Linter slim-v8.7.0 (BASH, BASH_EXEC, MARKDOWN, PYTHON_PYLINT 10.00/10, PYTHON_RUFF, YAML; only the two pre-existing YAML warnings).

Owner UX redesign round T (backlog after the brain-role round): 1. **Row click opens the INTERFACE modal** — clicking anywhere on a session row (where no explicit control/link sits) opens the response interface (modal + steer console, show-response behavior) instead of the full transcript. 2. **The old show button became a secondary "Transcript" button** — plain mini styling beside Hide/Archive, opens the full-transcript drawer, 📄 icon fallback on tight rows; the mint primary row button is gone (the row click is the primary action). 3. **Ideal width correction 921 → 1195 px** (owner live-measured with the dashboard's own indicator): popup size, live indicator hint, README wording — and all six curated README screenshots re-shot at 1195 px with the existing rig and curation rules (every shot a different story, hero = clean dashboard). 4. **Tooltip cleanup** — the ideal-window button's tooltip dropped the browsersize.com clause (the button explains itself); the honest-scope story stays in the README. 5. **Scroll keeping in the chat when a steer answer arrives** — the response tail expanding under the prompt, its auto-minimize, the prompt expand and the target line filling in all resize the chat body; a chat that WAS at its end now STAYS at its end across every one of those layout changes (synchronous scrollTop re-pinning, compensating scroll anchoring), a chat scrolled up keeps its position. **Rig evidence (39/39 checks)**: row click → interface modal; Transcript button → drawer; copy/pin/favorite/hide/archive clicks only trigger themselves; tooltip free of browsersize.com; indicator + popup at 1195; steer send → tail expands with unread badge → chat end visible WITHOUT manual scrolling → auto-minimize → back at the end; plus round-S regression keeps (view toggle both ways, dock expand restores the interface, slug-strip titles, solo-pin glow, pending-strip states, question-badge single-line cluster). Local gates: py_compile + boot check, 31/31 unit tests, social-preview check, pinned Super-Linter slim-v8.7.0 (BASH, BASH_EXEC, MARKDOWN, PYTHON_PYLINT 10.00/10, PYTHON_RUFF, YAML; only the two pre-existing YAML warnings).
Owner UX redesign (v1.23.0): clicking anywhere on a session row (where
no explicit control sits) opens the RESPONSE INTERFACE — the modal with
the steering console, the primary working surface — instead of the full
transcript. The old mint show button became a secondary plain 'Transcript'
button in the Hide/Archive family that opens the full-transcript drawer
(📄 icon fallback on tight rows); the row click is the row's primary
action now, so nothing in the button cluster outshines it.

Ideal width correction, owner-live-measured with the dashboard's own
viewport indicator: 921 → 1195 px everywhere (popup size, live
indicator, README wording) — and all six curated README screenshots
re-shot at 1195 px with the existing rig and curation rules. The
ideal-window button's tooltip dropped its browsersize.com clause — the
button explains itself.

Scroll keeping in the chat when a steer answer arrives: the console
rows sit below the conversation, so the response tail expanding on
arrival, auto-minimizing once read, the prompt expand and the target
line filling in all resize the chat body — a chat that WAS at its end
now STAYS at its end across every one of those layout changes
(scrollTop re-pinned synchronously, compensating scroll anchoring); a
chat scrolled up to read keeps its position untouched.

Round-T rig (39/39): row click → interface modal; 'Transcript' button →
drawer; copy/pin/favorite/hide/archive clicks only trigger themselves;
tooltip without browsersize.com; indicator and popup at 1195; steer
send → tail expands → chat end visible without manual scrolling →
auto-minimize → back at the end; plus the round-S regression keeps
(view toggle, dock expand, title strip, solo pin, strip states).
