Round S backlog after R (#44).

Steer FIFO (addendum 4) — two steers fired A then B once arrived B then A. Forensics: the dispatcher exit-3 re-queue appends a raced entry at the queue file back with a FRESH queued_at (so the raced older steer sorts younger in both the sweeper order and the fast lane file order), and a fresh send onto a momentarily-idle session with queued steers drove directly, jumping the line. Fix: the fast lane evaluates exactly ONE candidate per session — oldest by the send ms embedded in the obs- child id (re-queue-stable) — so a younger steer never delivers while an older waits (backoff included); a send with elders waiting carries a huge busy-grace horizon in its child env, forcing the dispatcher's own precheck to self-queue it behind them. Regression: unit suite tests/test_fastlane_fifo.py (7 cases).

Stuck-on-transcript fix (4) — segmented Interface | Full transcript toggle in both panel headers; dock view-restore memory removed (expansion always reopens the interface = the F5 state). CDP regression: favorite → transcript → minimize → expand → interface; toggle back and forth without any un/re-favoriting.

Grooming (1, 2, 5) — parent-column copy-id button out; 'Open full transcript' glyph out; generic per-panel copy buttons out, per-message copy icon in; worktree-slug prefix stripped from spanning-line titles, panel headers and the steer target line (display-only).

Drawer info strip (3) — the modal's BRAIN/PINKY + parent + ctx% + turns/tokens strip rides the transcript header too.

No-wrap rows (addendum 3) — question-badge rows degrade the action cluster to the tightened icon format; CDP asserts single-line at 921 px.

Ride-along (addendum 5 / addendum 2) — ~921 px popup wording; fixture tasks index now the FULL native schema with the archive-API CDP leg; six re-curated README shots (hero, dock, usage, console, question, pending strip).

Gate: 33/33 CDP checks green; unittest 27/27; Super-Linter (repo lane set) all green, pylint 10/10.

- Steer delivery is strictly FIFO by send time per session: the fast
  lane evaluates one candidate per session — the oldest queued steer
  by the send ms embedded in its obs- child id (stable across the
  dispatcher's exit-3 re-queues, which refresh queued_at and once let
  a raced older steer sort behind a younger one) — and a fresh send
  onto a session holding queued steers self-queues behind them (a
  grace horizon far beyond any activity age trips the dispatcher's
  own precheck). Fire A then B, free the session: A runs first.
- Panel view toggle: a segmented Interface | Full transcript control
  in both panel headers; dock expansion always restores the interface
  (the reload state). Fixes the stuck-on-transcript favorite: the
  last-shown-view memory is gone, no un/re-favoriting needed.
- Info strip rides the transcript drawer header too (PINKY/BRAIN
  badge, parent ref, ctx %, turns/tokens, age; parent refs open the
  parent's own transcript there).
- Grooming: parent-column copy-id button removed (the parent's own
  row carries the copyable id); generic per-panel copy buttons gone,
  replaced by a per-message copy icon left of each timestamp;
  'Open full transcript' lost its checkbox-reading glyph; titles
  strip the leading '<worktree-slug> ·' prefix on the spanning line,
  panel headers and steer target line (display-only; tooltips, dock
  and DB keep the full title).
- Question-badge rows degrade their action cluster to the icon format
  (tightened spacing) so the row stays single-line at 921 px.
- README: ~921 px popup wording (outer window; trust the indicator),
  FIFO docs, six re-curated shots (hero, dock, usage, console,
  question, pending strip — one facet each).
- Tests: fastlane FIFO unit suite (send-time ordering, backoff
  blocking, one slot per session, forced self-queue behind elders).
