Astra#2 commission: accepted/queued/DELIVERED-AT-TURN/failed cleanly separated (stable id, target+turn, digest, timestamps, machine-readable error); HTTP 202 NEVER delivery; turn states (Modell/Werkzeug/Freigabe/Quota-Park/Terminal). Validated PASS (local W20 audit).
Mission Y1 (the Astra#2 commission, read-/deck-side): every steer surface renders ONE four-way receipt vocabulary with contract honesty — accepted (HTTP 202: the dispatcher took the job; NEVER delivery) / queued / AM TURN GELIEFERT (delivered at turn, proven by the send-ack receipt, the transcript write, or the completed result; the turn_usage.user_message_id join names the consuming turn) / failed (machine-readable {class, message}). The receipt object — stable id, target session, sha256-core digest over the annotation-stripped core, sent/accepted/delivered timestamps, the consuming turn, the error — rides steer_file_view, the waiting lists and /steer/latest; the deck renders it on the echo chips (the 202 state reads 'accepted · 202 — delivery later'), the lifecycle cards ('AM TURN GELIEFERT · turn died (<class>)' for the reconciled class — the AAAA wording takeover, proven red first per the TTTT law), and every phase of the console status line (receipt chip + hover with the full field set). Mission Y2: working rows carry their TURN STATE in the owner's five-word grammar — Modell (the model side holds the turn; a quiet phase annotates 'denkt' over the CCCC liveness proof), Werkzeug · <tool> (a tool part in state running provably executes — only the executing window claims the word), Freigabe (a pending AskUserQuestion holds the turn; native permission prompts write no DB evidence and stay honestly Modell), Quota-Park (the CLI logs' turn.failed model_rate_limited signature as the session's LAST life signal — parked is not dead, the reset stamp converts from the provider's UTC+8 clock, a 10 s skew keeps the gate conservative), Terminal (the honest_turn_status words; a died-unlogged row carries NO state). The resolution table ships in the README and the round dossier. Rig: make rig-yyyy-receipt (15 legs, hermetic CDP end to end — the vocabulary rendered live over a fixture fleet; ZCODE_HOME pins the quota scan into the rig). Suite: 22 new legs in tests/test_round_yyyy.py + the version-pin discipline.
