Summary

Owner feedback: the social-preview card still showed only the gradient tile with the duplicate glyph, while the new repository icon also carries the action-bar motif underneath. The card now renders the complete icon:

• render.py consumes the rendered repository icon.png (deterministic source: .github/icon-src/avatar.svg) instead of assembling the bare glyph tile.
• overlay.svg places the full icon at 224 px and drops its own duplicate tile construction; the title block shifts with the new icon width.
• Card re-rendered and verified reproducible (make check), glyph, action-bar and title regions verified present in the rendered pixels.

No release impact: the social preview is repository presentation and not part of the install.zip payload.

The card now renders the full icon (gradient tile, duplicate glyph and
action-bar motif) instead of the bare duplicate glyph on its own tile.
render.py consumes the rendered repository icon.png, the overlay drops
its duplicate tile construction and the title block shifts with the new
icon width.
