Completes the lab-migration link sweep: every github.com self-reference now points at oss-oo.io (the laboratory = source of truth).

Migrated:

• metadata.json About-dialog URL
• README checks badge → Forgejo badge endpoint (/actions/workflows/check.yml/badge.svg), anchor → /src/branch/main/.forgejo/workflows/check.yml
• README clone URL and CI-platform prose
• docs/spices-readiness.md OSS Singularity home link
• packaging/spices-README.md source link
• .github/social-preview-src/overlay.svg overlay text → make social-preview re-rendered and verified by make check-social-preview

Deliberately kept: upstream attribution to linuxmint cinnamon-spices-applets (ATTRIBUTION.md) and the historical Spices submission fork pointer (that submission flow lives on GitHub).

Local validation: full make check green.

Migrate project self-references to the laboratory ... 678509d644

All github.com self-references now point at oss-oo.io, the laboratory and
source of truth: the About-dialog URL in metadata.json, the README checks
badge (Forgejo badge endpoint) and anchor, the clone URL, the CI-platform
prose, the OSS Singularity home link in the Spices readiness doc, the
packaged Spices README source link, and the social preview overlay text
(regenerated social-preview.png). Upstream attributions (linuxmint
cinnamon-spices-applets) and the historical Spices submission fork pointer
are deliberately kept.
